To: All Residents
Subject: Upcoming Pet Regulation Updates

Dear Residents,

As part of ongoing efforts to improve community living standards and revise our bylaws, the Board of Directors would like to notify all residents of the following upcoming pet-related regulations, specifically regarding dogs:

1. No dogs may be allowed outside unsupervised.
2. Dogs are not permitted to be left outside overnight, as this has been reported to cause disturbances to neighboring residents.
3. All dog owners must clean up after their pets, regardless of the dog's size.

Enforcement Procedure:

• Residents will receive two written notifications for any violation.
• Continued non-compliance will result in a violation fine.
• If necessary, the issue may be escalated to animal control services or local law enforcement.

Additionally, all pet owners are required to complete a Pet Registration Form and return it to the office no later than November 1st.
